30-Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for non-discounted items in their original, unused condition and packaging.
How to initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Before returning any items, please email our team at orders@hoodiescanada.ca Hoodies Canada to begin the return process.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including any provided accessories.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at orders@hoodiescanada.ca with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
If the product arrives damaged or defective, Wikopets will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.
Exchange Policy – 30 Days After Delivery:
We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email orders@hoodiescanada.ca with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
- Follow the return process for the original item.
- Once the return is received and approved, we will ship the new product to you.
